Stob Ghabhar is a few miles North-West of Bridge Of Orchy. Access is fairly direct from the end of the A8005 coming from Bridge Of Orchy. This mountain is normally combined with Stob a' Choire Odhair to it's East and makes for a reasonable day walk.
One of the classic routes in this area is a combination of Stob Ghabhar and Stob a' Choire Odhair, but also combining Creise and Meall a' Bhuiridh to the North. This does however make for a long day in the mountains.
