MUNRO CENTRAL
Braeriach
| Location: | NN953999 |
| Height: | 1296 m 4252 ft |
Braeriach sits at the North end of the mighty ridge stretching to the South as far as The Devil's point. This ridge takes in the third, fourth and fifth highest Scottish Munro, and really is a great ridge to walk in it's entirety. Unfortunately the only way to do this without camping is to walk from Aviemore to Linn of Dee, which makes for a very long day as well as quite a difficult logistical problem of how to organise transport at each end.
