MUNRO CENTRAL
Binnein Mor
| Location: | NN212663 |
| Height: | 1130 m 3707 ft |
Binnein Mor really marks the far Eastern end of the main Mamores ridge; it is also the highest Munro on the Mamores ridge and should give fine views in all directions. Towards the North you are looking over to the mass of Ben Nevis, Aonach Mor and the Grey Corries. To the South you are looking over to the infamous Aonach Eagach ridge and the other peaks of Glen Coe, the highest being Bidean.
Technically the peaks of Beinnein Beag and Sgurr Eilde Mor form the Eastern end of the Mamores, but the amount of re-ascent to those two from Beinnein Mor is significant; you certainly wouldn't consider them as being on the same ridge.
